COBRA is also precision mechanical turning, specializing in third-parties processing after a drawing or a sample, on metal or plastic, in small or big numbers. Numerical control lathe machines with a turning range from Ø 4 to Ø 300 are available in our turning department.
The turning department is supported by the milling, grinding, toothing and metal finishing (washing, tumbling, sandblasting and marking) departments together with an ample assembly department.
We can work with various types of material such as: stainless steel, high-speed steel, lead, brass, bronze, aluminium, cast iron, PVC, nylon, teflon, delrin.
Together with the production we can offer treatments such as: zinc-coating, anodizing, nichel plating, chromium plating, burnish, phosphating, tefloning, plasma treatment, quenching, carbonitriding.
